+1 Muscle to Break Walls Early Game Walkthrough
Last updated: June 27, 2026
First Five Minutes
Spawn into +1 Muscle to Break Walls and locate the training zone — usually near the lobby with visible dumbbells or a highlighted floor pad. Open the controls reference if needed: PC or mobile. Begin training immediately; your default Empty Bar (D-tier) grants minimal Strength but proves the loop works.
Watch your Strength counter climb. Do not wander the map until you understand train speed. When Strength growth feels slow after a few minutes, open the Weight shop and purchase the Starter Dumbbell or next affordable tier from the weights tier list. First Wins come from breaking nearby low-gate walls — walk forward into the first barrier once your Strength meets the requirement shown on the wall requirements page.
First Wall Zone Clear
Early walls require modest Strength — often achievable within ten to twenty minutes of focused training. Break every segment in the tutorial zone to collect Wins. Spend Wins immediately on the next Weight tier rather than saving for expensive Auras; your first multiplier purchase can wait until Chrome Hand Weights or equivalent B-tier gear is equipped.
If a wall refuses to break, you are below the gate. Train five more minutes and retry. Camera angle matters on narrow colliders — adjust before assuming a bug. Cross-reference stage names on the stages guide so you know which zone rewards which Wins payout.
By the end of hour one, target: one B-tier Weight, one wall zone fully cleared, and enough Wins to consider a budget Aura from the auras catalog if your income supports it without delaying the next Weight tier.
Early Game Build Path
Follow the early-game build for a concrete loadout: Starter → Chrome → optional Wind Aura. Avoid rebirth menus entirely in early game — you lack the Wins income for meaningful reset bonuses. Read the beginner guide for terminology and the glossary if any stat labels confuse you.
When early zones feel trivial, transition to the mid-game walkthrough. Track milestones on the progression checklist so you know when to shift priorities from Weights-only to Aura stacking.
